Ingredients

  • 0.25 oz Cane syrup (jm sirop) (*) · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Apricot liqueur (rothman & winter) · Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Amontillado sherry (lustau) · Sherry
  • 1 oz Reposado tequila (espolon) · Tequila

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a coupe glass. Float 1/4 oz mezcal (Sombra).
