Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Dewar's scotch · Whiskey
  • 0.75 oz Rabarbaro zucca amaro · Amaro
  • 0.75 oz Grapefruit juice · Juice
  • 0.25 oz Lime syrup (*) · Syrup
  • 0.25 oz Branca menta · Other
  • 3 drop Salt water tincture · Other
  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice. Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with a mint leaf and a few drops of Peychaud's Bitters.
