Ingredients

  • 1 oz Dolin blanc vermouth · Vermouth
  • 0.25 oz Demerara syrup · Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.25 oz Giffard crème de peche (massenez)
  • 1.5 oz Lustau amontillado brandy · Brandy

Instructions

Whip shake and serve over crushed ice (shake with ice and strain into a coupe glass). Garnish with an edible pansy (ornamental pea blossom).
