Lemon juice, Anchor junipero gin, Crème de cassis, Dolin dry vermouth

Beefeater gin, Aperol, Vanilla passion fruit syrup (*), Lemon juice, Peychaud's bitters

Berkshire greylock gin, Campari, Rothman & winter apricot liqueur, Lemon juice, Peychaud's bitters

Orange bitters (regan's), Simple syrup, Lemon juice, Fino sherry (lustau), Cocchi americano
