Ingredients

  • 1 oz Lustau amontillado sherry · Sherry
  • 1 oz Amaro meletti · Amaro
  • 0.5 oz Ancho reyes chile liqueur · Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Dry gin (beefeater) · Gin
  • 2 dash Scrappy's chocolate bitters · Bitters

Instructions

Stir with ice, strain into an old fashioned glass with ice, and garnish with candied ginger.
