Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg white
  • 0.25 oz Simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz Giffard banane du bresil
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice
  • 1.5 oz Pisco (macchu)

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with Angostura Bitters.
