Ingredients

  • 1 dash Fee's whiskey barrel aged bitters · Bitters
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Cider syrup (1:1 cider to sugar, cold process) · Syrup
  • 1 oz Linden-infused old overholt rye (*) · Whiskey
  • 1 oz Laird's 7 1/2 year apple brandy · Brandy

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a Highball glass filled with ice. Top with 2 oz prosecco and add a straw.
