Bittermens grapefruit bitters, Pink grapefruit cordial (*), Punt e mes, Averna, Appleton rum

1 Egg, Angostura bitters, Fernet branca, Cynar

Orange bitters (angostura orange), Grenadine (homemade), Lemon juice, Dry vermouth (noilly prat), Rye or bourbon (eagle rare bourbon)

Peychaud's bitters, Simple syrup, Grapefruit juice, Gordon's gin

Bourbon (evan williams bonded), Cynar, Lemon juice, Demerara syrup

Orange bitters (regan's), Lemon juice, French vermouth (1 oz dolin blanc), Haig & haig scotch (1 1/2 oz famous grouse)

1 Pinch salt, Angostura bitters, Coconut cream, Demerara syrup, Lime juice, Scarlet ibis rum
