  • 1 dash Peychaud's bitters · Bitters
  • 1 dash Regan's orange bitters · Bitters
  • 0.5 oz Pineapple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Oloroso sherry (lustau) · Sherry
  • 1.5 oz Fino sherry (lustau) · Sherry

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a Highball glass, fill with crushed ice, and garnish with a mint sprig.
