Caribbean Queen

Ingredients

• 0.25 oz Green chartreuse · Herbal Liqueur
• 1.5 oz Blossom oolong tea syrup (*) · Syrup
• 1.5 oz Pineapple juice · Juice
• 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
• 0.75 oz Lime juice · Juice
• 0.25 oz Smith & cross rum · Rum
• 0.25 oz Jm blanc rhum agricole · Rum
• 1 oz Barbancourt 8 year rum · Rum
• 1 oz El dorado 3 year white rum · Rum
• 0.25 oz Velvet falernum · Other
• 1 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a Tiki mug with crushed ice. Garnish with Tiki intent. Or scale up like we do, here in the photo, four fold, and serve with ice in a punch bowl or perhaps in a large format Tiki bowl with crushed ice.
