Ingredients

  • 0.25 oz Day of the dead bitters · Bitters
  • 0.5 oz Gulab sharbat syrup (* see
  • 1 oz Chinaco blanco tequila · Tequila

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a champagne flute rimmed with salt. Top with sparkling wine.
