St. Germain

Shake once without ice and once with and strain into a cocktail glass. I strained into a rocks glass and garnished with a mint leaf.

Regan's orange bitters, St. germain (1/8 oz), Green chartresue, Lillet blanc (cocchi americano), Plymouth gin (cold river)

1 Egg white, Lemon juice (1/2 oz), Green tea syrup 1:1 (1/2 oz jasmine green), Bombay sapphire gin (1 1/2 oz tanqueray)

Fee brothers grapefruit bitters, Lemon juice, St. germain elderflower liqueur, Yellow chartreuse, Miller's gin

Simple syrup, Green chartreuse, Lime juice, Pineapple juice, Rhum agricole (clement premiere canne), Genever (bols)

Lime juice, St. germain, Yellow chartreuse, Plymouth gin

1 Egg white, Housemade aromatic bitters, Simple syrup, Lemon juice, Green chartreuse, Old overholt rye

Yellow chartreuse, Benedictine, Rittenhouse rye, 1 Egg

1 Egg white, Orange bitters, Green chartreuse, No. 3 london dry gin, Cynar
