Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Rich simple syrup (2:1) · Syrup
  • 1 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Kümmel (helbing) · Other
  • 2 oz Cognac or armagnac (martell vs)

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a champagne flute. Top with 2 oz of Champagne (Gloria Ferrer Sonoma Brut).
