The Highland Manhattan

Ingredients

  • 1 rinse Pernod rinse
  • 1 dash Orange bitters
  • 0.5 oz Punt e mes
  • 2.5 oz Old overholt rye

Instructions

Stir on ice and strain into a cocktail glass pre-rinsed with Pernod. Garnish with an orange twist.
