Ingredients

  • 6 drop Pernod absinthe · Liqueur
  • 2 dash Peychaud's bitters · Bitters
  • 2 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 0.5 oz Amaro nonino · Amaro
  • 0.5 oz Housemade cinnamon syrup · Syrup
  • 2 oz Sazerac 6 year rye (*) · Whiskey

Instructions

Stir with ice and strain into a rocks glass. Twist an orange peel over the top and drop in.
