Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Belle de brillet pear liqueur · Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Thyme-infused honey syrup · Syrup
  • 2 oz London dry gin · Gin

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail coupe. Garnish with a thyme sprig.
