Ingredients

  • 1 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 1 barspoon Turbinado syrup (simple)
  • 0.5 oz Salers gentiane (suze)
  • 0.5 oz Lustau east india solera sherry · Sherry
  • 0.5 oz Cocchi sweet vermouth (martini gran lusso)
  • 1.5 oz Old granddad bonded bourbon · Whiskey
  • 1 dash Bittermens mole bitters · Bitters

Instructions

Stir with ice, strain into a rocks glass with ice, and garnish with freshly grated cinnamon and a cinnamon stick.
