Ingredients

1 Wedge lemon
0.5 oz Pineapple juice · Juice
0.5 oz Coffee liqueur · Liqueur
0.5 oz Amaro montenegro · Amaro
1.5 oz Bacardi 8 year rum · Rum

Instructions

Muddle the lemon wedge, add rest, shake with ice, and double strain into a double old fashioned with a large ice cube. Here, served as a half size in a sherry glass.
