Ingredients

  • 1 literal Whole egg · Other
  • 0.25 oz Demerara syrup (2:1) · Syrup
  • 0.25 oz St. elizabeth allspice dram · Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Lustau dry oloroso sherry · Sherry
  • 1 oz Heavy cream · Other
  • 1.5 oz Gosling's black seal rum · Rum

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice. Strain into a snifter glass (rock glass) and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
