Ingredients

  • 2 dash Bittermens molé bitters
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Orgeat · Other
  • 0.5 oz Passion fruit syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Campari · Amaro
  • 2 oz Lustau amontillado sherry · Sherry

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a double old fashioned glass, fill with crushed ice, garnish with mint sprigs, and add a straw.
