Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Yolo mezcal (banhez)
  • 0.75 oz Dolin blanc vermouth · Vermouth
  • 0.75 oz Salers gentian liqueur (suze) · Liqueur
  • 0.25 oz Apricot liqueur (rothman & winter) · Liqueur

Instructions

Stir with ice, strain into an absinthe-rinsed coupe (Butterfly), and garnish with a lemon twist.
