Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz St. george's terroir gin · Gin
  • 0.75 oz Honey syrup (1:1) · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 1 dash Scrappy's celery bitters · Bitters

Instructions

Shake with ice, add 1 1/2 oz Heady Topper (or Green Flash) IPA, and strain into a cocktail glass.
