Arrack Sour

Ingredients

  • 2 dash Peychaud's bitters
  • 0.5 oz Egg white (1/2 egg white)
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup (gomme)
  • 0.5 oz Maraschino liqueur (luxardo)
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice
  • 1.5 oz Batavia arrack

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with. Double strain into a coupe glass and twist a lemon peel over the top.
