Arrack Sour

Ingredients
- 2 dash Peychaud's bitters
- 0.5 oz Egg white (1/2 egg white)
- 0.5 oz Simple syrup (gomme)
- 0.5 oz Maraschino liqueur (luxardo)
- 0.75 oz Lemon juice
- 1.5 oz Batavia arrack
Instructions
Shake once without ice and once with. Double strain into a coupe glass and twist a lemon peel over the top.
