Ingredients

  • 1 dash Bittermens mole bitters · Bitters
  • 0.5 oz Kina l'avion d'or · Other
  • 0.5 oz Mint demerara syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 1 oz Plantation 3 star rum · Rum

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Top with 2 oz dry sparkling wine.
