Ingredients

  • 2 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 0.5 oz Orange juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Benedictine · Herbal Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Velvet falernum · Other
  • 2 oz Pineapple-infused el dorado 8 year rum (*) · Rum

Instructions

Shake with ice and pour into a tall glass. Float ~1/2 oz DonQ 151 Proof Rum and garnish with an orange-cherry flag.
