Ingredients

  • 1 dash Orange bitters (angostura orange) · Bitters
  • 0.25 oz Amaro nonino (averna) · Amaro
  • 0.5 oz Don julio añejo tequila (espolon reposado)
  • 0.75 oz Punt e mes · Other
  • 1 oz Cynar · Amaro
  • 1 oz Laird's applejack · Brandy

Instructions

Stir with ice and strain into a cocktail coupe pre-rinsed with Sombra Mezcal (Montelobos). Garnish with grapefruit twist oil.
