Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Passion fruit syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Grapefruit juice · Juice
  • 1 oz Lustau brandy · Brandy
  • 1 oz Turkey shore tavern style rum · Rum
  • 0.5 oz Cinnamon syrup · Syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 1 dash St. george absinthe · Absinthe

Instructions

Shake with crushed ice for 5 seconds and dump into a tulip (or tall) glass. Top with crushed ice, garnish with a mint sprig and a grapefruit twist, and add a straw.
