Ingredients

  • 2 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 0.75 oz Honey syrup (1:1) · Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 1.5 oz Plantation 5 year barbados rum · Rum

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a Highball glass filled with ice. Top with 2 oz Barritts Ginger Beer, garnish with a lemon twist, and add a straw.
