Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Oz pineapple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Rothman & winter apricot liqueur · Liqueur
  • 1.5 oz Dry amontillado sherry · Sherry

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and 1-2 dash Angostura Bitters, and add a straw.
