Ingredients
- 2 Sprigs mint
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 0.5 oz Lime juice
- 0.5 oz Lavender simple syrup (see recipe below)
- 2 oz Gin (i used north shore distillery)
Instructions
Lightly muddle mint sprigs in lime juice and simple syrup to extract the oils. Add gin and ice, shake, and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a mint leaf and a lavender stalk.
