Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Amontillado sherry (lustau dry) · Sherry
  • 0.5 oz Jamaican rum (smith & cross) · Rum
  • 0.25 oz Apricot liqueur (rothman & winter) · Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Cane syrup or rich simple syrup (2:1 syrup) · Syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a coupe glass.
