Ingredients

  • 2 dash Mole bitters
  • 0.25 oz Demerara syrup
  • 0.5 oz Barolo chinato
  • 0.75 oz Averna
  • 0.75 oz Bowmore islay scotch
  • 0.75 oz Scarlet ibis rum

Instructions

Stir with ice and strain into a rocks glass pre-rinsed with 3 spritzes of Del Maguey Chichicapa Mezcal. Twist an orange peel over the top.
