Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
  • 0.25 oz Simple syrup 1:1 · Syrup
  • 0.25 oz Pineapple juice · Juice
  • 0.25 oz Campari · Amaro
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 2 oz Aged rum (plantation original dark)

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with an edible flower (thin lime wheel).
