Single grain scotch or bourbon (famous grouse black), Punt e mes, Pasubio vino amaro

Ardbeg 10 year scotch, Cynar, Mango cordial (*), Santa teresa 1796 rum

Fee's orange bitters, Peychaud's bitters, Angostura bitters, Drambuie, Dolin rouge, Four roses single barrel bourbon

Celery bitters, Grenadine, Lime juice, Tempus fugit crème de cacao, Laird's bonded apple brandy, El tesoro tequila

Scrappy's celery bitters, Cocchi americano, Cynar, White horse blended scotch

Angostura bitters, Caol ila scotch, Sweet vermouth (cocchi), Irish whiskey (2 oz teeling's small batch)
