Ingredients

  • 0.25 oz Absinthe (or pastis) · Absinthe
  • 2 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 0.5 oz Honey syrup (1:1 honey:water) · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Passion fruit juice · Juice
  • 2 oz Gin · Gin

Instructions

Shake all but absinthe with ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Float absinthe and garnish with a lime wheel.
