Ingredients

  • 2 dash Peychaud's bitters · Bitters
  • 0.25 oz Raspberry syrup · Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Dry vermouth (noilly prat) · Vermouth
  • 0.5 oz Apple brandy (laird's bonded) · Brandy
  • 1.5 oz Gin (bombay dry) · Gin

Instructions

Stir with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with a lemon twist. Originally, I made this with 1 dash Peychaud's but an Instagram follower tried it and recommended 2 dashes.
