Ingredients

2 oz Mezcal (fidencio)
0.25 oz Cynar
0.25 oz Green chartreuse
0.5 oz Lemon juice
0.5 oz Simple syrup
1 literal 1 Egg white

Instructions

Shake one round without ice and one round with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with freshly grated cinnamon.
