Ingredients

  • 6 dash Bittermens burlesque bitters · Bitters
  • 1.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 2 oz Passion fruit syrup · Syrup
  • 2 oz Dolin blanc vermouth · Vermouth
  • 2 oz Campari · Amaro
  • 0.75 oz Overproof jamaican rum (wray & nephew)
  • 1.5 oz Aged jamaican rum (appleton signature)

Instructions

Whip shake, pour into a Tiki bowl, and fill with crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple fronds, lemon peel, and flowers (lemon peel and mint).
