Ingredients

  • 2 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 0.75 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Pineapple juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Chestnut honey syrup · Syrup
  • 1 oz Amaro ramazzotti · Amaro
  • 2 oz Bols genever · Gin
  • 1 dash Absinthe · Absinthe

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a Tiki mug, fill with crushed ice, garnish with a pineapple slice and freshly grated nutmeg, and add a straw.
