Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Honey syrup (1:1) · Syrup
  • 0.25 oz St. george pear eau de vie · Other
  • 2 oz Plantation barbados 5 year rum · Rum

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a coupe, and garnish with 10 drops of Angostura Bitters.
