Ingredients
- 1 literal 1 Egg white
- 0.5 oz Honey syrup
- 0.5 oz Passion fruit syrup
- 0.75 oz Lemon juice
- 2 oz Malört (jeppson's) (*)
Instructions
Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a double old fashioned glass with crushed ice, and garnish with mint sprigs.
