Ingredients

  • 1 Sugar cube (demerara)
  • 1 Grapefruit twist
  • 1 dash Chocolate bitters (housemade) · Bitters
  • 0.5 oz Carpano antica sweet vermouth (dolin)
  • 0.5 oz Punt e mes · Other
  • 0.5 oz Campari · Amaro
  • 2 oz Reposado tequila (espolon) · Tequila

Instructions

Muddle the grapefruit twist with the sugar cube and Campari. Add rest of the ingredients and ice, shake, and strain into a double Old Fashioned glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with an orange twist.
