Ingredients

  • 2 dash Peychaud's bitters · Bitters
  • 2 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 1 barspoon Pimento dram · Other
  • 0.5 oz Demerara simple syrup · Syrup
  • 2 oz Applejack · Brandy

Instructions

Stir with ice and strain into a rocks glass pre-rinsed with Laphroaig 10 Year Scotch. Garnish with freshly grated cinnamon.
