Ingredients

  • 1 oz Cognac (pierre ferrand 1840) · Cognac
  • 1 oz Rye whiskey (rittenhouse) · Whiskey
  • 1 barspoon Benedictine · Herbal Liqueur
  • 1 barspoon 3:1 Honey syrup (1/4 oz 1:1)
  • 2 dash Peychaud's bitters · Bitters
  • 1 dash Absinthe (8 drop copper & kings)

Instructions

Build in an old fashioned glass, add ice, stir to mix and chill, and garnish with a lemon twist.
