  • 0.33 oz Simple syrup 1:1 · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Yellow chartreuse · Herbal Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 1 oz Pineapple juice · Juice
  • 1.5 oz Gin (tanqueray) · Gin
  • 10 Bean coffee

Instructions

Shake with ice, double strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with a dried pineapple wheel (omit) and 3 coffee beans.
