Ingredients
- 1 dash Dale degroff's pimento bitters
- 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
- 0.5 oz Pineapple syrup · Syrup
- 0.5 oz Benedictine · Herbal Liqueur
- 0.5 oz Lustau amontillado sherry · Sherry
- 1 oz Pierre ferrand 1840 cognac (pierre ferrand ambre)
Instructions
Shake with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with a lemon wheel (lemon twist).
