Ingredients

  • 1 dash Grapefruit bitters · Bitters
  • 1 tsp St. germain · Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Dolin blanc vermouth · Vermouth
  • 0.5 oz Cocchi americano · Other
  • 2 oz Encanto pisco · Pisco
  • 1 Grapefruit twist

Instructions

Squeeze the twist into a mixing glass, add the rest of the ingredients, stir with ice, and strain into a cocktail coupe.
