Ingredients

  • 0.25 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz 3:1 Honey syrup (3/4 oz 1:1)
  • 0.5 oz Suze gentian liqueur · Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Brandy (camus vs cognac) · Brandy
  • 1 oz Rhum agricole blanc (rhum clement)

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with a lime wedge (omit).
