Ingredients

  • 0.25 oz Honey-ginger syrup · Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Belle de brillet pear liqueur · Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Del maguey mezcal vida · Mezcal
  • 1.5 oz Bols genever · Gin

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and garnish with a dehydrated pear on a pick and a mist of more mezcal.
