Ingredients

  • 1 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 0.25 oz Falernum (1/2 oz velvet) · Other
  • 0.5 oz Cinnamon syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Orange juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Lemon hart 151 proof demerara rum · Rum
  • 1.5 oz Appleton estate extra rum (denizen 8 year)

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a double old fashioned glass or Tiki mug, and fill with crushed ice. Garnish with a spent and scraped half lime shell containing a 151 proof rum-soaked crouton wick (El Dorado 151); ignite the rum.
